Sales, Accounting, Security installing a proprietary system, consulting on business flow, and training at many of the largest RV and Marine Dealerships across the country, including occasionally Canada.

Hard and Soft skills in Organizational Development at Budget Group Inc. when five different businesses came under one umbrella; Southeastern Trainer for Ryder Trucks, Inc., and Rape/Burglary Prevention for Crisis Control, presenting to businesses across Florida including FIU, AAA, many law firms, associations, and more. Part of the Professional Development team for Hillsborough County Schools training a variety of topics and being a middle school teacher in private and public classrooms, including a school known around the world for best practices. 

Consulting, scheduling, and coordinating training for HCC (Hillsborough County Community College) VISION Corporate Training Center; CyberTech International; and worked with the Department of Education, Bureau of Research and Development. 

International experience has included being part of the team with Global Schools International to take a group of students on an educational conference in China. Background also includes being the International Resource Teacher at Independent Day School (now Corbett Prep) for four years—being responsible for connecting teachers, administrators, and students from China, Sweden, Spain, and the United States and helping coordinate video meetings, projects, and hosting international students.

Current programs can be delivered in person or virtually and include naturally recharging your organization, association, or self in the areas of wellness, mindset, writing, and business and health flow. Customized programs are also available—virtual or in person.

Betty is the proud recipient of the National Speakers Association-Central Florida Speaker’s Academy Spirit Award (17-18), the National Speakers Association-Central Florida Rosita Perez Spirit Award (18-19, 21-22), the National Speakers Association-Central Florida Outstanding Spirit Award (20-21), Harvard Club of Boston Outstanding Speaker Award (2019) and is a best-selling author for the book: Our Bodies: The Optimal Design. She has also been listed in Who’s Who.  

Fun Facts:

  • Helped to develop and write the training for the first email system used by Florida Community Colleges—called COIN.
  • Written training manuals, online help screens, articles for wellness magazine, edited magazine for AAPI, American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin, stories of interest for local community newspaper, and helped people write and publish their own books.
  • Has played Volleyball in the Snow, backpacked for 3 days with middle schoolers, and enjoyed the ziplining experience.
  • Part of the Guinness World Records Podfest—for the largest virtual audience—two different times!
